McGregor Baptist Church embraces those who are less fortunate, suffering, or hungry. We realize the needs of our community and welcome the opportunity to help out. Through our Food Pantry and Clothes Closet, we have a great compassion and desire to provide for those who are in need.
The Clothes Closet is a ministry that fills family needs for clothing. We supply clothes for the Children’s Home and the Alternative Learning Center. In the past few years, we have supplied approximately 120 bags of clothing per month, which have all been donated and distributed by McGregor Baptist Church members and friends.
If you would like to help out, two drop-off bins are available for clothing donations, located in a small building next to the gate heading toward Fellowship Park. Clothes should be clean, in season, and in good condition.
THE FOOD PANTRY
The Food Pantry is another of McGregor’s ministries that services those in need. Single persons, as well as families who are suffering from hunger, can receive a variety of groceries including canned goods, boxed foods, and frozen meats.
- We request a printed form with your full name. (This is not a condition to receive food)
The ministry also readily accepts food donations all year. If interested, donors can drop off canned goods or boxed food to the café located in the Faith building. Some staples always needed include peanut butter, jelly, and spaghetti sauce.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.
