Courageous! That is the challenge from our pastor this month for every family at McGregor. On Wednesday, May 30, at 6:30 PM, we culminate this challenge with a special covenant moment for every man and woman in our church led by Dr Powell. Join us for our first ever Gathering as we focus on Courageous Families. Also included will be a Praise & Worship time led by our OWN Ministerial Staff, testimonies, and a preview of the Summer Journey Together Courses.

Don’t miss the “Singles PRE-Memorial Day Celebration and Concert.” Join other Lee County singles Sunday, May 27 from 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM at McGregor Baptist Church. We want to encourage our entire church family to join us for this scripture memory challenge. Will you take the challenge to hide God’s Word in your heart? At a LG Link (Life Groups rally) earlier this year, Life Groups leaders and members were encouraged to memorize God’s Word. To assist you in this challenge, a list of 12 Bible verses, by month, have been provided for you to print, cut out, and carry with you. The verses correspond with McGregor’s mission strategy of Encounter, Discover, Serve, and Reach. Below is a link to get a PDF version of the memory cards.

Come fly with McGregor’s Amazing Wonders Aviation VBS. Awesome God! Amazing Power! At VBS 2012, kids will discover God’s marvelous natural wonders and learn to trust and recognize God as they explore His awesome power.

Preschool Ministry Check-In—1st floor Hope Building; Children’s Ministry Check-In—2nd floor Hope Building (completed grades 1-4). Grace Building check-in for completed grade 5.

Gripped by the Greatness of God
Join us in H183 (back room of Fellowship Hall in the Hope Building) for a Bible study of selected passages from Isaiah that seeks to reveal the sovereignty, holiness, grace, and glory of God that will lead us to a renewed heart of worship. Pastor’s Bible Study – Romans
Join us in the Worship Center for an exegetical verse-by-verse Bible study that will be led by our pastor and other teaching pastors. This semester we will be studying Romans 12-16. There is no charge for this course.

Faithful, Abundant, True Bible Study (Women’s Ministry)
Join women of all ages in the Fellowship Hall (Hope Building) on Wednesday nights in the “Faithful, Abundant, True Bible Study” with Kay Arthur, Beth Moore and Priscilla Shirer. Learn about God’s amazing faithfulness, His ability to do abundantly more than we could ever imagine and the wisdom found in His Word. There are two choices for this course. You either have the choice of receiving free listening guide at no charge, or the choice of a workbook for $14.00. Be A Man (Men’s Ministry)
Join the Pastors, Ministers, and Men of our church as The HERD joins Wednesday nights at McGregor. Become part of the movement of men as we explore how to BE A MAN. Sessions will include Man Church, Heros & Zeros, Leap of Faith, and more. Join us in the Blue Gym (Faith Building 2nd Floor) and Be Stronger Together as we Journey Together! Love & Respect (Marriage)
What is the secret to effective marriage? Join us in H100 (located off Main Street in the Hope Building) as we look at what the Bible says about how to grow a strong marriage through understanding the need of your spouse to receive your unconditional love and respect. SERVE

Worship Choir and Orchestra
The Praise and Worship Ministry is searching for members who feel led to join with us in singing or playing praises to the Lord. You will be able to lead worship from the front lines as we raise our voices and our instruments together for the glory of God. Join us in the choir room or the orchestra room (both located behind the worship center stage) to be part of this weekly service opportunity. There is no charge for participation in the Choir or Orchestra.

Outreach/ Visitation
Are you ready to start reaching out to your community? Then join us in F112 (Faith Building 1st Floor) and be a part of our weekly ministry to personally share the Gospel and invite folks to come again to MBC or your Life Group. There is no charge for this course.

Discovery Class (New Members)
Join us in H182 (back room of Fellowship Hall in the Hope Building) to learn what McGregor is all about; what we believe, our purpose, how we function, what we expect and how to grow. There will also be a time to explore how you have uniquely been equipped to serve an important role here at MBC. There is no charge for this course.

McG Kidz Camp 2012

When:	July 9-13, 2012
Cost:	$195 per camper
Who:	for those who have completed 3rd, 4th or 5th grade
Where:	Tampa Bay Baptist Conference Center

McG’s Kidz Camp is…. meeting new friends, developing deeper friendships, a fun a week away from distractions, and concentrated discipleship. Pastor Mark Bricker is our camp pastor and is part of our worship time each morning and evening with Brandi Miller our Worship Leader. Cabins compete in games each day, a talent show, team cheer or chant and create a banner. The camp in Tampa has a swimming pool, canoeing on Lake Magdalene, an air conditioned gym and miniature golf. This year’s theme is Zapped and we will be studying the life of Peter.

You can also register at the Ticket Counters on campus.
The deadline for registration and full payment is June 25, 2012.
You can make flexible payments.

Flexible Payments

Parents, start now to make small payments instead of all at once.

For example:

Start payments by April 1, you can submit payments of $16.25 per week
Start payments by May 1, you can submit payments of $25 per week
Start payments by June 1, you can submit payments of $49 per week

Some scholarship moneys are available. For a scholarship the child must be registered and submit a completed application by June 11, 2012. Applications are in the wall boxes as you leave the Children’s Lobby or available below.
