The McGregor Fitness Program is designed to help you become more
physically fit, and to strengthen your christian walk. All of our
classes incorporate prayer, devotions, and fellowship as a routine part
of our exercise regimen.
If you are
interested in inquiring about a personal training program other than
the ones listed below, please call the Sports Ministry Office at
790-0371, and select the Aerobics Hotline number. Sessions are set-up
with a minimum of 2-3 people at a time. We do not offer one on one
training.
