Regular Classes

Basic Evangelism Training:  Way Of The Master

Video study facilitated by Bill Parlier

Room:  H185

Based on the award-winning TV series The Way of the Master, the Basic Training Course is specially formatted to train believers in a group setting to simply and confidently share the gospel with family, friends, and strangers.

These lessons will teach you to overcome your fears by using a proven, powerfully effective way to make the gospel make sense. You won’t be at a loss for words. You don’t need to be an expert in apologetics. Instead, you’ll learn the forgotten biblical principle of bypassing the intellect (the place of argument) and speaking directly to the conscience (the place of the knowledge of right and wrong) — the way Jesus did.

Women’s Ministry:  Encouragement From The Psalms; Remembering God’s Goodness in Troubling Times

Taught by the Women’s Ministry Teaching Team

Room:  Fellowship Hall

The Book of Psalms represents a rich tapestry of prayer and praise. Some psalms reflect a texture of deep despair, others glow with a deep peace in the Lord’s strength, still others bubble with an exuberant exaltation of the Most High God. The Book of Psalms covers a vast range of human emotion and experience; yet, stirs us to make these prayers our own. Join us for this 7-week study as we explore the Psalms and be reminded of God’s goodness, faithfulness, and steadfast love in troubling times.

Men’s Bible Study:  Romans Part 2

Taught by Josh Martin
Room:  F202

Romans is “the true masterpiece of the New Testament and the very purest Gospel, which is well worthy and deserving that a Christian man should not only learn it by heart, word for word, but also that he should daily deal with it as the daily bread of men’s souls. It can never be too much or too well read or studied; and the more it is handled, the more precious it becomes, and the better it tastes.” – Martin Luther

Midweek Bible Study:  2 Timothy; God’s Word For Troubled Times

Taught by Teaching Pastors and Leaders
Room:  H100

We live in a world and a culture that is theologically and morally confused. And Paul’s words to Timothy, and to us today, to be strong and steadfast, are still just as relevant. Join us as we take a closer look at Paul’s second letter to Timothy and the personal challenge to boldness, endurance, faithfulness, and ultimately the hope that is in Christ.

Parenting And Mental Health:  The Battle For The Hearts And Minds Of Today’s Adolescents

Taught by Ron Cook
Room:  H183

Adolescence is an exciting time of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual development. Unfortunately, today’s adolescents are experiencing significantly higher rates of anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. What’s a concerned parent to do? This course is intended to help parents prepare for and navigate these challenges.
